KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER SOUTH for the 7xxxx and 8xxxx postal code areas (m/f/d)
Your opportunity: Take responsibility & shape customer relationships
As a full-time Key Account Manager South (m/f/d), you will be the face of our company in your region (postal codes 7xxxx and 8xxxx) and the first point of contact for our accounts. You will independently manage your territory, strategically develop our existing customer relationships, and drive innovative value-added solutions. With your keen sense of customer needs and your entrepreneurial mindset, you will create lasting success—for our customers and for us.
Your tasks - what you do with us:
- You will support and develop our existing customers in your area as their central point of contact on an equal footing.
- You make regular visits to customers and coordinate contract status, space requirements, and individual requests.
- You proactively address contract extensions and secure them;
- You recognize potential for further development of spaces and implement it, e.g., by integrating and expanding e-charging stations, car-sharing offers, or switching from manual to digital solutions.
- You will work with our team to create offers and concepts for customer and space expansions.
- You carry out regular site inspections, document the status, carry out minor repairs, and check the services provided by contractors.
- You turn customers into promoters and strengthen customer loyalty in the long term.
- You resolve complaints and conflicts and coordinate closely with internal departments to achieve quick solutions.
- You maintain and update all relevant customer, area, and contract data in the CRM system, thereby creating a reliable basis for reporting and decision-making.
- You contribute customer feedback to team meetings in a forward-looking manner and support an open, continuous exchange of information.
Your profile – what you should bring to the table:
- You have completed commercial and/or technical training, ideally with a focus on sales or real estate management;
- You have experience in account management, field service, or customer service—even as a committed career changer, you are welcome.
- You are customer-oriented, confident in negotiations, and able to find solutions even in challenging situations.
- You work independently, in a structured and organized manner;
- You are willing to travel regularly within your area;
- You are confident using MS Office and ideally a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot);
- You have very good German language skills (C2) in both written and spoken German, as well as at least B2 in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You have a good technical understanding and interest in innovative mobility and energy solutions;
- Ideally, you already live in the Ulm/Augsburg area;
- You have a Class B driver's license;
