To support our team, we are looking for a reliable building maintenance worker (m/f/d) to work on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible, to provide regular maintenance for a property in Gladbeck.

Your Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

  • Weekly wet cleaning of the stairwell
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Inspection of the property for cleanliness and orderliness
  • Reporting of Identified Damage or Special Incidents
  • Occasional minor janitorial tasks, as agreed upon

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table

  • You are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and are flexible—including on weekends and with varying work schedules.
  • You work independently, in an organized manner, and are reliable.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can quickly tell when something is wrong.
  • You are friendly, assertive, and confident when interacting with people.
  • Experience in building cleaning or janitorial work is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of German for communication purposes
  • Ideally, you live in the Gladbeck area
