    Because I forgot to place the parking disk when I went shopping at dm Rheinfelden, I promptly received a request for payment ... More for 20Euro under the wiper... After some initial annoyance, I sent a request to the specified website and sent the payment receipt from the dm. Within a few hours I received the pleasing reply that the claim would be waived as a gesture of goodwill. That's what I call great customer service! Thank you very much!!!

    Super friendly and accommodating customer service. I had forgotten to put out a parking disk. Although it was a mistake on my part ... More the charge was canceled. There was a very friendly and competent lady on the phone after I told her what had happened. I was shopping and had forgotten to put the parking disk out, it was canceled. In future I will make sure I always put my parking disk out. It is clearly not a matter of course to reach companies by phone so quickly and without being put on hold. As my request was also dealt with so positively, I would like to thank the lady who dealt with it once again.

    I immediately wrote to the service department and asked for understanding in my situation.
