Accounting/Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) in Erlangen

To strengthen our team, we are seeking an Accounting / Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) in Erlangen to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities – what you can achieve

 Accounting

  • Account assignment and verification of incoming invoices in preparation for posting by our tax office
  • Generation of customer invoices and VAT credit memos
  • Documentation and Coordination of Vending Machine Emptying
  • Master data management for cost centers, parking zones, and transactions across various systems
  • Managing App Credits

Payment transactions

  • Processing of payment transactions (payment runs, direct debits, post-processing of payment files)
  • Preparation of statistical reports
  • Account reconciliation and account clarification

Communication

  • Written and telephone correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Close collaboration with our external tax firm

Digitalization

  • Active support in optimizing and automating accounting and payment processes

Your profile – what you bring to the table

  • Completed training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of DATEV
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, structured and independent work style
  • Teamwork, dedication, and clear, precise communication
  • Very good oral and written German language skills
  • Ideally, you live in or around Erlangen
