Most frequently asked questions

Can I have a say in the park system architecture and management?

Yes, PRM supports you in finding and installing the right system for your area. The subsequent administration, for example with regard to opening hours or the organization of short-term and long-term parking, is also always carried out in close consultation. This also explicitly includes the definition of the tariff structure and the amount of usage fees for parking offenders.

Can the parking systems also be operated by older or disabled people?

Our aim is to ensure that the systems used are always simple, intuitive and as accessible as possible. This is why we actively support users during a familiarization phase and do not track parking violations. Large-scale signage and additional means of communication such as flyers provide additional information on how to use the system. Our experience shows that we are able to familiarize all potential users with the system.

Does my public perception suffer from the penalties for fee evaders?

Many of our customers have concerns about the public image at the beginning of the cooperation. However, thanks to our consistently fair and accommodating approach in conjunction with transparent and clear signposting of the parking regulations and personal customer service by phone and email, the opposite is usually the case. Users describe our parking systems as practical and convenient, and our Google reviews speak for themselves.

How is the parking revenue billed?

By accounting and documenting all income and costs, we ensure maximum transparency in the economic operation of the parking areas. Regular evaluation and optimization of processes to increase efficiency is a matter of course.

Can e-charging infrastructure be integrated into the systems?
